Program Coordinators are experienced Behavioral Health professionals interested in providing management, training and guidance of Program Supervisors, Clinicians, Behavioral Health Associates and Case Managers. As a Coordinator you will make sure all Juneau Youth Services (JYS) participants are receiving care prescribed in their individualized treatment plan, provide direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to staff who report to you and help them reach their professional goals. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring that service delivery is performed according to JYS philosophy, mission, policies and procedures.
Program Coordinators earn a starting salary (DOE) of about $60,000 annually with paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance benefits.
Program Coordinators should have a Bachelors Degree in the Social Services field and at least 2 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. You should also be proficient in the use of a computer and Microsoft office software, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
