Program Supervisors are experienced Behavioral Health professionals interested in providing management, training and guidance of Behavioral Health Associates and Case Managers under the guidance of a Program Coordinator. As a Supervisor you will make sure all Juneau Youth Services (JYS) participants are receiving care prescribed in their individualized treatment plan, provide direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to staff who report to you and help them reach their professional goals. Program Supervisors also make sure the program is safe and staff are completing their work assignments.
Program Supervisors earn a starting salary of about $34,000.00 – $41,000.00 annually with paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance benefits. After three years, Program Supervisors are eligible to earn retirement benefits.
