Provides comprehensive therapeutic services to children at all school levels, including preschool, and their families. Our paraprofessional staff team with our clinical staff to provide person-centered individual, group, and/or family treatment, case management and support where and when it is needed including the home, school, office or other community settings.
Case management is a collaborative process with the young person, their parents and treatment providers, to identify needed services, obtain those services, monitor service effectiveness and coordinate with the entire treatment team.
The Transitional Living Program’s goal is to help youth become adults who can function independently and harness the strength, resiliency, intelligence and resources needed to be successful community members.
