Home and Community-Based
Our home and community-based services are available for families living in Juneau. We currently provide therapeutic foster care, case management, transitional living, school-based and early childhood services, and circles of support.
Out-of-home care provided by specially trained foster parents caring for young people with significant emotional, behavioral and/or social issues. This service also includes individual and family therapy, as well as support services for Therapeutic Foster Care parents.
School-Based and Early Childhood Services
Provides comprehensive therapeutic services to children at all school levels, including preschool, and their families. Our paraprofessional staff team with our clinical staff to provide person-centered individual, group, and/or family treatment, case management and support where and when it is needed including the home, school, office or other community settings.
Transitional Living
The Transitional Living Program’s goal is to help youth become adults who can function independently and harness the strength, resiliency, intelligence and resources needed to be successful community members.
